James Gannon is Head of Legal at Auger, with a career focused on technology, data, and AI law. Prior to Auger, he served as VP of Legal for Technology, Data & AI at the NHL, where he oversaw $100M+ global technology contracts and established the League’s AI governance policies. He previously held senior legal roles at McKinsey & Company and Wilson Sonsini, and holds an engineering degree from the University of Waterloo alongside his law degree.
